I can't say enough good things about Northboro Canine Rehab. Susanne and her team are all amazing, caring individuals. My dog came to them with a long time leg injury that started to catch up with him given his age. Susanne was quick to get him on a plan, has been acutely aware of his progress and is quick to modify his regimen as needed. She is honest in her opinion but with the bedside manner one can only appreciate. She offers potential treatments, but never pushes. Her goal is to make animals comfortable no matter their situation. In addition to how they handled my dog, they are very organized and helpful with any questions I may have. We are moving and I'm so sad I have to leave NCRFC. I'm pretty sure no other rehab will compare! Thank you for all you've done!! Highly recommend:) Love, Patch
They take great care of my senior Shepherd and my accident prone pittie. Very grateful for all their hard work, my dogs are much more mobile and comfortable now
I have to say that Northborough Canine Rehabilitation & Fitness Center is awesome. The staff has always been polite and professional. My pooch had an injury to his hip while playing. We brought him in for an evaluation and after just receiving four laser and massage treatments, he was back to his old self. Suzanne was EXCELLENT! She not only cares for the pets she treats but delivers a great service.
So grateful to have found Susanne and her rehab center for my 14 year old arthritic boy. He warmed up to her quickly and I saw a benefit from the very first session. Her compassion for animals is undeniable and she has a tremendous knowledge of anatomy. I am a massage therapist (for humans) so I am enjoying learning from her as she works on him, keeping me informed along the way. I won't hesitate to bring my other dogs to her if and when they need help.
Susanne is remarkable. I have a senior dog with managed dysplasia who is limping unusually and have taken her to a number of vets to get that improved. Through massage and assessment, Susanne was able to determine that the problem was most likely neurological and not bone related. I was able to direct my dog's medical care as a result and she is doing much better. I am very grateful. Susanne is well known and respected in the vet community. I would highly recommend this facility.
