I have been shopping for a long time at this store. And unfortunately I ordered pants in my size from the store which were delivered. I was traveling & was not back in Boston for months. Upon arriving home I was pleased to try on my new pants. II took the tags off ( do not ever do this) to wear them! As it turned out they did not fit. I returned them only to be told because I removed the tags they would not return them. In full disclosure it had been awhile as noted above since I had ordered them, but clearly never worn. So not going back to that store will go to Lord & Taylor or Neiman’s. The staff person said she tried to call me & stated my phone message center was full. This could not be true as my message center does not have a full limit & I delete all messages anyway.nVery disappointing at the service!
This is a beautiful store. I love Eileen Fisher clothes and when I want a simple basic piece, I go here. It is a bit pricey, but I have clothes that are over 5 years old and still in top shape. Highly recommended!
Love the store! Great selection and sales team was very friendly and helpful. Assistant Nina Villanove was fabulous and complements the brand.
My mum wears this brand almost everyday and we have spent lots of time in this shop. The staff were wonderful and the brand of clothing is fantastic!
