Just wanted to do a major shout out to the Stuart Weitzman Boutique in Copley.nI had seen a pair of boots on the outlet website and that pair had been sold out in my size. I then found the same pair at Saks for almost double.nI popped into Stuart Weitzman's just to see if they had the boot in store for the sales price.nTurned out, the boot had been returned to the warehouse, but the sales manager was tremendous. She checked the system, found that there were 9 of these shoes left in the entire company in my size and she called up one of their outlets, who send the boots to the store.nnTruly fantastic effort and customer service!
One man sales is rude and pressure to buy. If you don’t buy it today, he’s not happy to assist you. Every time you ask for the sizing, he’s asking whether you’re going to buy or not. I’m not sure it’s because of races or he’s just rude.
Beautiful shoes and super lovely shop assistants. Usually I dread shoe shopping because of my awkward foot shape, but the guys in the shop made it a delightful experience instead. Thanks so much for sorting me out!!
One of the shop assistants was rude, and was pressuring me to buy, and after I said that I would like to consider about it more rather than making a purchase at the moment, he proceeded to ignore anything I said.
They have everything from sandals to boots to bags but it can feel intimidating
