Guliana and the team at Fendi Boston were absolutely amazing. They helped me pick out a gift for my wife on her birthday. Their opinion was very useful.
I was gifted jewelry which regretfully fell apart within a month (was bought in Europe brought it to a US store). So I returned it to the store where it took them over 12 months (of constant check-ins) to realize that no replacement nor repair was feasible. In total I’ve been to the store about 10 times to get some information on the status.nUltimately, after having had such underwhelming customer experience of intransparency and inaccessibility of a jewelry I owned for a month , they are offering a voucher (not even giving me the option for a refund).nI’m currently sitting in the store waiting for the store manager to call me (waiting for 40 min already) to get this resolved. Apparently, the store manager can talk to her co-workers but not to me. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. I cannot recommend Fendi.nnShort update, after waiting for over an hour, the store manager excused herself as it was her day off and she will call me tomorrow. Heard that before ud83dude44
