Nice store with a decent selection of shoes, socks, and miscellaneous things. The first floor is just the entrance, the second floor where checkout is has the regular priced items, and the third floor has clearance as well as some things like insoles and shoe cleaners. They offer free in-store and curbside pickup if you buy online. They usually have good deals, and the staff is pretty nice. I needed a pair of Converse for the gym and some socks, so I picked them up here.
Terrible customer service,didn't turn out as good as I thought. They have ripped me off many times. They need to be more awake in there. It does have a comforting feel to walk in there though but you know it's too much fuss. Don't expect much like I was dumb enough to do.
The shoes are of good quality, I have selected several models for myself. But I was upset with the managers, they are rude. There are only three stars for this one.
Wasn't happy. I rarely shop here, and after wondering around because the sections aren't well labeled, I found the clearance section. I need a pair of dress shoes last minute, and didn't want to spend a lot, so when I saw the Clarence price of $14.99, I was excited. But when I went to checkout, I found out, that was not the price, and even though the signs make it seem like the whole section was Clearance, it actually only applied to a very select few, and the shoes were $70. Felt like it was done this way on purpose, banking on people not wanting to go all the way back up a floor, spend time finding a different pair, go back down a floor to check out and wait in line all over again to pay, and will instead choose to just pay the higher price. It felt very intentionally deceptive and I doubt il be going back.
