Great service and customer support. The team - and in particular store manager, Jeremy - went above and beyond to get me out of a major suit issue (of my own making) for an imminent wedding. Highly recommend!
The service staff very friendly and attentive, the tuxedo was right, the bad thing is that the material is not very good
Place is alright, folks are nice and helpful, but the measurements they took for the suit seem off. I've worn the suit to work and people keep telling me the jacket doesn't fit. I bring the jacket back and they say there's nothing to fix. The free tailoring is nice, but it really depends on if the associates in the front agree.
Cat-fished and wasted my time for a $99+20 rush shipping option for a tuxedo rental — after I called the night before, came to the store, did the fit—suddenly it wasn’t available, and the new price was $169.99. It wasn’t really the price but the fact that the store associate changed his price and value. This should be a case for the better business bureau. Those are just the facts. But Jeremy was nice and helpful.
The good news: they’ll make you an incredible suit. And that’s what is most important. The fitting experience was an A+.nnThe bad news: their tech systems are so messed up that it’s impossible to use coupons/rewards program, and their radio is constantly playing two songs. At the same time. I will have to go online to buy shirts from them, but if I can’t use the coupons, I’ll go elsewhere. I can’t keep making trips to the store while they get their act together. I ended up spending way more time in the store waiting to check out than either shopping or getting fit.
