Not only does she do a poor job of shinning shoes, using only a rag without polish, but she demands payment higher than the posted price, giving herself a generous tip. Absolutely ridiculous. She told me to pay $15 for a rag shine of my boots.

Don't waste your money. 8$ for shoes for a rag shine. Lady claims she used polish, but I never saw her put any on. No brushes, just some water and a towel. Not even a proper shine cloth. Done in less than 5 minutes. I was the only one there, so it's not like she was in a hurry. Big disappointment from most places that do a couple of coats, plus a high gloss buff. I rarely give bad reviews because I don't want to be that guy, but this place just seems to be scamming helpless passengers.
