The customer service was very good. The young man that assisted me was awesome. He really knew a lot about the boots. I would recommend Red Wing at South Bay Mall.

Store is immaculate and has styles i didn't know existed. The sales girl was pleasant ...informative and made we want to come back. Great location ...wish store did some advertising so i didn't trek out to Natick or Dedham

The girl that was working was rude and absolutely useless. Had no knowledge of the products. Great boots but horrible help.

Do you want to super size that? Better service at the drivethru.She was of no help. On her phone most of the time. Vapid stare, clueless. Unfortunate when Im willing to spend over $300 will go somewhere else. Cant blame her blame Mgmnt - poor training or judgement in hiring. Hey you dont know how much business you're losing!!
