Went over the weekend. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The food portions were small and the waiter was rude. I wouldn't go on the weekends.
You have QDOBA, Chipotle, and Moe's. It's in that order, QDOBA being the best in my opinion. I love them all, because I love burritos and burrito bowls, but something about the pricing, extra queso options, and presentation of the food itself brings QDOBA to 1st place for me. The Northborough, MA location is on top of a hill, surrounded by shopping plazas. If you drive around the back, you can stuff your face with QDOBA with a pretty great view!
Love Qdoba and was a frequenter here until I saw in June, one of the service members sneeze continuously and he acted like everything was cool. It could have been allergies but given the current situation, we all need to be extra careful. What was worse is nobody there seemed to care this person was sneezing loudly without covering his mouth. I am posting this review so that people are made aware and the management does something about this. Sadly I won't going back for a long long time. This is untrustworthy behavior. We already don't know what goes on in the kitchen. Pandemic or no pandemic, anyone sneezing continuously in a place that serves food should be sent home. Common sense?
