This place is a joke called on Monday needed a simple fluid change spoke to the service dept told me to bring the bike in Saturday I explain I work so I would have to drop it off. I assumed I was good I show up today to drop it off and there was no info regarding my appointment I had left my name and phone number the day I called and got the classic “we don’t do appointments on Saturday who did you talk to” guess I’ll just be doing it myself. Super lame
Other than a guy talking my ear off for 15 minutes when I asked if they sold masks the visit was good. Still don't understand why he was showing me shirts when I asked about masks. I was only there to pick up a motorcycle from service. Service department was excellent as always
Great dealership!! Their parts department is top notch.. and has a great inventory. Hard to find stuff is typically on their shelf. I had my bike torn down to replace a stator on a friday night, and realized I needed a rotor as well. They had the part, and because i wasnt gonna make it there in time before they closed, they were able to leave it in a convenient location so i could grab it after hours, saving my weekend plans. Great independent Harley dealer! None of that corporate feel almost all Harley dealers have these days.nI travel from Springfield Mass to go there. There are closer dealers to me, but none as good.nEven though it's a family run shop, they still have tons of parts, accessories, clothing, and of course motorcycles.nThe parts department is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for JC.
