I had a unique challenge. Two employees kept trying different solutions , asked the right questions and came up with the oerfect unique solution. I couln't be mire pleased!
Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Within one week of requesting a quote for some equipment, I was contacted, supplied with thorough info, placed an order, and now we expect delivery in a few days. I can't say enough about Holly, the representative who kept in contact with me all day one day, answering my many questions and creating a quote from my confusing mix of requests. She not only drew up the quote but she reached out to my dad, helped him make a few final decisions and assisted him in placing the order for all equipment needed to get my mother home from the nursing facility. Apple home care went above and beyond to try to meet the needs of one of my patients. Holly was extremely helpful in obtaining all the necessary information and paperwork for my case. She was also great at explaining the process, and if there was a bump in the road, went above and beyond to try to come up with a solution. I have worked with this company the past 7 years , they are fantastic , customer service is always top notch .. from sales with Mike Z, to owner Joanie, to all internal staff Donna, Mike, Misty and newest member Holly-she's a fantastic new addition to an already wonderful team.
