5 windows 1 teller long wait poor customer service
This location sucks. They are unprofessional and extremely slow. Four tellers were behind counter and only two working while other two are having a conversation with extremely long line. The teller who was having a conversation was back talking because I said it looks like you’re talking. This happen 1/16/2018. Very unprofessional will not attend this location unless necessary.
This is a horrible bank! The only reason why I have to go here is because of my job. Helico is a horrible CSR, and only seems to be passionate about helping People from Cabo Verde. Milan was also uninterested when I complained. I then seen the manager of the branch unfortunately I didn't get her name and she was just as bad as her employees. She didn't apologize for the un professional attitude, as a matter a fact she then had one when I complained. They are very rude and I don't suggest anyone visit this bank unless your from Cabo Verde because you wont get respect. I wish I could give the -50 stars! Racist Cabo Verde Bank!nnPamela Gray
