Our location in South boston has been closed for almost a year. If other locations can be open this location should be open too ! We have heard this bank is going to be sold to developers. Is this true?ntrue??
If Ryan is still manager, this place deserves 5 stars. He is probably one of the best managers BoA has.

Once a staple of the SB community, this bank under BofA now uses only 1, sometimes 2 of the almost 15 teller stations. There is always at least a few people in line, sometimes up to a dozen or more. Today, a gentleman withdrawing many larger stacks of bills was having his transaction done at the only teller window open, and in plain view of everyone. Manager is nice enough, but rarely helpful, only trying to get you to be a member so you can use the ATM.nnTerrible company, worse example of customer service, especially for not members.nnMy credit union on the other hand, regularly has 3 to 4 of their 5 stations open with tellers someone at the door to get and assist you, 3-5 more people at desks to help with accounts, and a manager. In addition, there are two ATMs, one of which is a video connection to an actual teller. And the whole time I was out of the country for vacation last summer, they charged me not one fre to use my debit card. The opposite was true with BofA, as I witnessed with a traveling friend.nnThey don't deserve that gorgeous large community space
