Eleven years ago we had a new houseful of Harvey Windows installed. This winter two dead lights lost the gas seal. The 20 year warranty is great. Maria at Harvey windows was very helpful in finding the old contract information and extremely thorough on making sure the right size ones were sent. You can’t beat that customer service.
I called into the service center in regards to a new window sash being ordered due to a scratch from my original order. Lauren Barnard was the representative I spoke so. She was by far the nicest and best person I have dealt with from any customer service Phone call. She looked into the issue and got back to me in the same day and had the product ordered for me. She was kind polite and went above and beyond. Hope she answers if I ever call into customer service again
Laurie was very helpful in getting me get the parts I needed for my screens. She was able to locate and ship them to me. She’s a great asset to the company.
