Dr. Mark was phenomenal. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything she did during my exam. Plenty of parking, and the online booking system was very convenient.
The person in the front (Vladimir?) is super weird and rude and basically yells at you in bad English. I didn’t realize my exam coverage was through different insurance than my glasses but would’ve been fine paying for it had he been more courteous. He basically forced me to hand over documents that I said I preferred to just read to him, hello pandemic? He had no patience with me whatsoever. I thanked him and left with no glasses after all.
I had an excellent experience here! As someone who hasn't had their eye's checked in a while, they were extremely helpful in updating my prescription and selecting a new pair of glasses. The doctor was super friendly and the whole staff was socially distanced and kept everything sterile.
The doctor (Dr Mark) is excellent and knowledgeable. Everything else about this store is terrible. Inventory is limited and while they claim on their website that they accept insurance from United, AFTER the eye exam the person behind the desk informed me that they do not accept United healthcare. Wasted my time when they could have told me this before my exam. Dishonest and rude.
Doctor is good, but the service is really bad, just trying to sell their product, and overcharge, people are rich here but doesnt mean they like to get rip off, dont ever try this shop, it will shock you.
