I have been a loyal Petco shopper for over 20 years. The store carries my brands. The staff is always pleasant. Historically, the rewards and coupons are of no value to me. If I get a coupon that will expire soon after I have shopped, it does not help me. So much for loyalty.
The staff were wonderful however the quantity of product is quite limited. I would probably go to either Woburn or Salem, NH because the stores are much larger and therefore have more product available. But the store was clean and the staff were wonderful
Very friendly and helpful staff specifically Rachel took time to work with me to help get the best options for my dog. I truly appreciate it. Will definitely be back
I have bought several tags from Petco over the years. They hold up very well and are very legible. Love them!
Grooming staff was very unprofessional and rude. I booked an online appointment and they rescheduled without my knowledge. They then said that they could book for the next day and they never made the appointment. The staff was very rude and passive aggressive over the phone. When I asked to speak with the manager they sent me to voicemail, and quickly made the appointment. I will never step foot at that location again. I was highly disappointed by their professionalism.
