Today I went to this store with my dog in the morning there was a young man (Liam) and a lady I do not remember her name but I must say that the attention was excellent, my dog and I love this store, they were very attentive to my dog, she was very happy I will definitely come back
It's nice that it's in the neighborhood, but holy moly their hours aren't convenient for anyone who works not remotely. They changed to 10-7 during COVID and haven't gone back, even though every other store of their type has. Even Staples is open til 9. Would love to support the local shop and employees but I have to buy from Amazon.
Not only is this store clean, well organized and believe it or not their prices are even comparable/cheaper than the supermarket and much better selection too! U would think where as the store is a Petco store or affiliated, the prices would be more but i get all my cats needs and then some taken care of there and on a huge budget too! But most of all, the staff is phenomenal, friendly, knowledgable and was way beyond my expectations...esp the nice young girl who I believe is the cashier (forgive me, I cannot remember names well). And I am in and out no waiting...timing very reasonable. I go out of my way to make the special trip for my pets needs to shop here, even if I even did just leave a supermarket lol bc it's well worth it all around. Thanks Petco unleashed!!!
