I bring my 2 dogs here to get groomed by Lauren and she is just amazing with them! They absolutely love her and enjoy their time get spruced up. And she gives me a report card on how they were for her. Cant say enough good things about this place!

I was at your website that said what I was looking for was in stock got to the store and nothing. That's the third time. I will not be going back just a waste of time.nnwhen I made it inquiry they said I can order it online and pick it up the store in a couple days. I went to your store in Dartmouth looking for Paw Balm for my puppy. I looked where I thought it would be but couldn't find it. I walked towards the back checking each aisle. I came upon a girl stocking with a boy I asked where the Paw Balm might be. She immediately said I know exactly where it is. She took me right to the aisle I had been looking in. The item is small and I didn't see it on the bottom shelf. Great customer service as she didn't just tell me she walked me right to the item. Always have a great experience when I shop at Petco in Dartmouth.
Very clean and organized. Never any issues here. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
