I have used the grooming services here. I am so so grateful for Jessie the groomer who worked with my senior dog Ming in November/December. . She was kind, thoughtful, sensitive and very very knowledgeable about dogs. She was also very compassionate with me. I cannot thank her enough. Petco if you have people like Jessie you get my highest rating.

PetCo is a terrible corporation that only cares about money and this store is no different. They refuse to give the snakes proper climbing enrichment, proper hides or the correct humidity. They are always getting stuck to thermometers. Many of the staff are rude and judgmental but will happily sell long lived, high maintenance animals to uneducated adults and young children. This store doesn't deserve your money. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus instead.

Went into this store for the first time since I have lived here (1.5 years). Walked in and the guy asked me did I need help and I said no I was just looking and then he said, “ok just letting you know that we close in five minutes” and then I said “OK, well I will get out”.I understand places want to close on time but when I worked in retail, if you were in the store close to closing, we did not make sure you knew that we were closing. I might could’ve dealt with this better if he would have said that I could still look around or told me what time I come back tomorrow. The only reason I did not give this a lower rating is because I don’t think that the company should suffer over another employees inability to provide decent customer service.

The employees where friendly and knowledgeable. I had questions about aquarium filters and aerators. One clerk helped me find the correct filter and another showed me the LED airstone I wanted. I had a great shopping experience.

Good for getting litter or some accessories but if you're in the area I'd recommend Benson's Pet Center MUCH more. You'll get more bang for your buck and the employees actually know what they're talking about unlike Petco.
