I went in today for some Winter/Work Boots today.. A salesman named Troy helped me.nHe showed me better options for the same price. I was extremely impressed with his customer service skills, he was attentive and concerned with my specific needs..
Great service, especially from the woman in the downstairs section. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with recommendations.

I had the BEST service from Janet at this store. We were in Anchorage for the day on a cruise ship and I needed a comfortable pair of walking shoes, because the sneakers I was wearing were too tight and small. (Don't bring shoes on vacation that are not broken in!) Janet not only found the right shoe but it was a display model and gave me a discount. She also took my new, week-old sneakers for donation, recycled the box that the new shoes came in and it was all delivered with a smile! Great place. Thanks again! (The wool clogs were warm, comfortable, and did great in the rain and on wet, heaving boat decks.)
