45 minutes to deposit a check. The service is insanely bad. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I only used the drive-thru because the atm wasn’t working. Truly unacceptable customer service.
Very clean and it wasn’t busy at all. We went inside just 30mins before they closed and they gave great service. We came into cash a check and we don’t have an account here and wasnt sure if we would have any issues and it was a pleasant experience.
This might be the worst branch in anchorage. I have never had a good experience here. Not only is there customer service lacking but also the lack of people they have working there. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who needs sometime done in a timely fashion. I will not be doing my banking here or with Wells Fargo anymore.
Slow at getting thru their customers. Closed the lobby and take fore ever to work their drive thru. If there is a way to give zero stars that would be what I would give them.
Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Wait to deposit a check today was almost 40 minutes. The check amount was too large to deposit at the atm. Also, a few times I’ve been there the atm has been out of cash.
