I do not go the Wells Fargo often. I went for the foreign money exchange. I was told that it would be 2 to 4 days. Not much of a service. Asked why that did not have Mexican Pesos on hand. Asked why. Was told due to covid and germs. Not the teller's fault was probably told to say this. But this is just a bald faced lie. In light of the several recent customer cheating scams I wonder how they remain open.
I come to this branch over all the others, the staff at this location is great.nI usually forget that it’s Wells Fargo they are so nice!
Longest wait ever in my life to make a simple deposit. I wish my landlord would use a different bank. WF also doesn’t let you deposit cash. Why? It’s cash. An hour wait is not reasonable... I will never bank here.
I took my account to Norther Skies. This bank is the crookest in the nation.nThe ladies on the teller are rude, unfriendly and square faces.. Smile for once in your life lady....STAY AWAY .. Best dec you ever make..
Very long wait time. I have been using this branch for over a year and I am hopeful each time that they will have more windows open, but no luck! Be prepared to wait in line for at least 30-45 min. I am currently standing in line with 9 other people and there is ONE teller open.
