Each teller was polite and respectful, I was helped in a timely manner and was given a respectable offer to begin banking with them which I declined for personal reasons unrelated to the business or the quality of care given at each establishment. I will continue to recieve services rendered?from this cooperation until I see fit.

Worst possible banking system ever now a cash deposits to even a family member are no longer possible because they are the only one to laundry money. I personally have been ripped off by them. Sign a contract for to direct deposit $ to another account never happened costing me 6 months at $50. At a time I closed my account.

All I wanted to do is to call the local Wells branch to see if they had any Euros to sell. Sounds simple, right?nnNo. its not.nnCalling the number, I got vx mail asking for my account. I only have a safe deposit box with Wells and will never have a Wells account because of experiences like this. In any case, I have to pound out to talk to a live body who hasn't any clue what the branch number is. She wants to transfer me to another 800 number where no one seems to be able to provide me with the local number of the WF 5th Ave Mall Branch and in particular with the number of the person who handles the FX.nnI can't look up the local number on either the web or the Yellow pages so I have to drive downtown to walk in personally to find out if they have an Euros to sell. What service.nnThey should post 1-800-GET-LOST as their primary vxmail response line. It accurately describes their new customer service response.
