People need to come here with proper expectations on price. It's a HOTEL, you're paying a premium to drink on the property for the convenience. As for service, I was here when it was absolutely packed and I received great service. If it's packed and you have to wait a few minutes it's not the end of the world. Seriously, have realistic expectations and you'll enjoy life better. 10/10 would get drunk here again.

Grigo our server was fantastic, he went over and above to make sure that my celiac (gluten allergy) was understood. His service was outstanding, friendly, and prompt. Pool side views and tiki torches around the pool created a wonderful atmosphere. Our server also had perfect suggestions on what wine would be paired with our meal.

Waited at least 5 minutes to get help from the bartender when it wasn't that busy. Ordered a shot of lagavulin that cost me almost $20 for a tiny little serving in a plastic cup. It should have been OK but I work in San Francisco and travel a lot and this was the worst a good scotch was served to me for that much. Bartender wasn't that friendly maybe even a little racist as how I felt it
