Saw so many negative reviews about service. Had a super nice bartender today, and everyone I’ve encountered here at Hyatt has been great. $8 mimosas and bloody Mary’s between 11am and 12pm is also fantastic! (In Hawaiian prices. ud83dude42)

Not to impress I think servers in bar can be a bit nicer and polite

Food, drinks, and service is great however charging additional fees ($3) for wanting french fries that would regularly come as a side is ridiculous. As well there is price gouging by charging an extra $2 per order that only takes away the amount of food you get, to make food follow some dietary restrictions like celiac (which can be just as life threatening as other allergies) for health reasons but not for other allergies like a peanut allergy.This is disheartening and discrediting for a 5 star world resort.

Bar by the swimming pools at the Hyatt Residence Club. Friendly bartender, making good cocktails and some nice casual food.nTelevision screens showing live sports, gives the ability to see the game, have a Mai Tai and catch some Rays all at the same.

Worst bartenders I’ve ever seen. Very rude, inconsiderate for being in the service industry and not good at their job.
