Asked for help. Was to busy to point out which way I could find snake bedding. ( approx. 4 people in the store counting me) Found it myself. But the cashier was super friendly. Otherwise it would of been 1 star
Literally my favorite place in Yakima. The employees here are amazing and they treat me, my volunteers, and rescues like family. I am thankful to be a small part of the Petco family. Also the store is always incredibly clean and sanitized which is utterly wonderful.
Any time I've gone in, they have been very helpful and friendly, even though I usually just use them as a free zoo. The nervous side-eye the lizards on display give me feels like enough validation to avoid any meaningful human contact. Based off how they treated this dog, your dog will be well cared for.
Has science diet and great toys for both our fur babies
the man named Karen with a bald head and tattoos around his eyes just stood at the cash register while nobody helped us for well over 20 minutes. there were teens shoplifting. I ended up going to petsmart next door to get service with a smile. I absolutely recommend Petsmart over Petco 100% I cannot believe how far downhill Petco has become. it wouldn't surprise me if they close their doors permanently this year
