Planned Parenthood - Pullman Health Center

This place is awesome the people were awesome I saw the building across from the Walmart parking lot and showed up at the door for my shot. They squeezed me and too care of me. Super happy thank you.

Very professional, down-to-earth clinician. I had 2 procedures done in one day, both of which I was fairly nervous for. The clinician was efficient and compassionate in everything and distracted me from my obvious freaking out session casually. Gave clear instructions and explanations. In general, she made a very awkward experience (at least emotionally) painless. The complaint I do have is that the logistics of setting up an appointment were weird and you can't call the specific center directly. That, and I did have to wait a significant amount of time (15m past my appointment start time and 30m between the assistant and clinician) I had a meeting to be at, but in most cases this is only marginally consequential. The forms signing was primarily done by tablet, which streamlined sign in and such. Additionally, a major redeemer for the wait time is that I received 2 services and a device for the cost of the device alone in my hometown: a lifesaver for someone without insurance or generally trying to save money.

I went back in February to get my birth control taken out. The staff were very friendly, very understanding and the gals that helped me were so laid back and easy to talk to. Which is huge for me since I get so nervous in doctors offices. They went over what could be causing my issues. Found the issues. Then went over other options for new birth control. I was in and out in no time.

I had a great experience! Staff was polite and followed current COVID guidelines.

Never had any issues at this clinic! Wish I could still use this clinic but I'm on the other side of the state now.
