Love this store. The employees really look out for you. They are knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely care about pets. Concept I think. Very nice experience.

Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have 5 cats and one has constant medical issues and it's difficult finding food she can and will eat. It can be embarrassing to have to bring back food time and time again, but the staff is so nice that I never feel uncomfortable!

The staff there is super nice and trying to help you find what you need. Went above and beyond to assist me. I'm very pleased, will definitely go back.
