super annoyed with their lack of quickness and response. Ive banked with Obee for years now and was looking to refinance my auto loan with them. its been over 30 days since ive started the application so now if i want to complete the process im sure theyll have to run my credit again. super annoying. My credit is excellent and I have great income. What is taking so long to refinance with them??? ill be looking into refinancing somewhere else.
Just wanted to mention how great Elanie was!!! She is a great asset to the company and I recommend everyone to go see her to open up an account with her!!
