I called to see if crickets were available and was told yes. Told them I'd be there in 30 minutes. Arrived and asked to buy 12 crickets. The Girl said you're the person who called? Here's your already bagged crickets! VIP service! She was the Best!

Limited selection for small mammals, especially pet rats. The location isn't very big but it can be difficult to find items. Staff do their best and are pleasant, but I hardly found half of what I needed for my pets.

Scheduled two weeks in advanced. Took the day off to have my shihtzu groomed. I even brought her shot records. Was told by the lady at the counter that they could not groom her because she has a medical condition of seizures and it was a liability. My dog hasn’t had a seizure in over 6 years and has never been an issue when I’ve taken her to local grooming business. Total joke and waste of time. This is why I will never take my dog to a big chain store for grooming. I will continue to support small businesses.
