Petco

My fiance cut his hand at this store. Nobody offered to help. When I asked about the birds they had the young boy there said he was off and couldn't help me. He told me to go get the big guy pushing a cart maybe he can help me. When i found the guy he was talking about i asked for his help and he was reluctant. He was not professional looking at all with poor hygiene. He was very snippy and really just had no interest in selling me my birds. I purchased my two birds and left.... I won't be back to that store.

Staff is nice. Overall decent selection of supplies. Not a lot of animal knowledge on part of every staff member. Some are better than others. They have a curbside pickup option.

Best tags ever! The stainless steel is deeply engraved, doesn't rub off. They are not flimsy nor too heavy.nThe plastic tags are the best I've found. They're thick & also deeply engraved.nIf you want a plain & simple tag that will last beyond your pet, get these.nBeen using this company for 15 years & won't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff. I can find what I need most of the time. Still have live fish! Pet friendly store.

I had a gift card that I needed to use since they've already made the money on it. The visit was great, but I can't stand behind Petco anymore after the choice to petition the ban of one of the best tools in existence when used properly. I respect your choice to stop selling e-collars, but pushing positive-only for every dog in every condition/line of work and not recognizing the place of corrections in training shows the naivety of the brand. Thanks for the services in the past and I hope they reconsider your stance and see how much a properly used e-collar can positively save dogs' lives that are destined for the dumpster.
