In the past Grooming shop was not the best. Inexperienced, no show groomers but now it looks like they’re improving by getting more reliable staff in there.nStore employees are always wonderful, super helpful, and extremely attentive each time we visit! What I love most, is they stick to their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy or a full refund is offered accompanied by receipt!

Nice people. Sad)y groomer appeared to be new and did not know how to properly groom a West Highland terrier. Took 4 hrs.

The 2 people that helped me were sooo Awesome.... I really liked how they asked if I needed help finding anything & helped me when I asked a question about a product..nThank you.. I will definitely be bringing my furry son Speedie G back!!

This is a great store. I’m getting a new kitty today and I wanted to buy a carrier for her. The Petco in SeaTac only had a few, but I decided I’d buy one. I wasn’t particularly happy with the customer service there. Although I decided to purchase there I wasn’t happy with the purchase so I returned it at this location. David was soooo helpful even though I chose to purchase a different from Mud Bay. Petco did not have huge selection. But, for anything else I would recommend this store. The customer service is excellent. I’m not from here and I’ve realized that some of the people in certain areas are...let’s just say “uninformed” for lack of a better (nicer) word. So, the customer service falls woefully short. They cannot get past their sad ideas. Not so here. A+ service.
