The selection is a little inconsistent. I attribute that to the usual supply-and-demand issues that occur out here. The customer service is great. Randy is always so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate him and the rest of the team.

We usually do not write reviews, however the Sequim Store has the most amazing staff. We are acquiring fish tank, fish and essentials. Never have we found such knowledgeable staff especially in that department. We got all information once we bought the tank and instructions how to get the water just right so fish would thrive. We then got help in what varieties go together, the correct foods and anything a novice verbally needs to begin to add a fish tank to our home. Thank You. Now our son in Gig Harbor is interested in acquiring this new hobby.

A very rude, noisy stocker was taking freight from one area to another and in doing so raised the pruducts up and slammed them down onto the wheeled flatbed.There were other shoppers truly offended by the improper behavior, besides the small creatures in the store, they don't need the added stress. I confronted him and asked if that was necessary. He stated the boxes were heavy, if they were so heavy why lift them higher only to drop them loudly and cause such a ruckus. I suggested he ask for help....there really wasn't much help anyway. We searched for assistance elsewhere and found one nice young lady finishing up cleaning an aquarium. She was helpful and friendly. The store was pretty void of workers and nothing was priced. We struggled for 30 minutes to find assistance...really not going here again....ordering online in future.
