It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but in the last calendar year I have had one visit that had no issues, that’s right only one and that’s because I was the only one there. The last 4 times I’d gone in either the order was made wrong, they put my food on the oven to sit even though I had already paid, my name was never called out to go to the counter to get the food, or they just forgot to make it. I had worked there years ago so I understand mistakes can happen but the problems have been so consistent I finally have to do this. Then today I ordered some chicken and as I lift it off the other boxes to put it in my car the entire bottom falls out and chicken is all over the parking lot. I go back inside and immediately they ask “did the chicken fall out” and stated that this batch of boxes are terrible, this shows that they know there was a problem and do nothing to warn their customers, to their credit they did replace my order but not with the pieces I asked for. I’m not sure how they can consistently mess up some portion of every trip I’ve made but kudos, food is still good tho that’s why it get a 2 and not a 1
Great food, breassticks to die for!! Super friendly people and a fun atmosphere.
After a less than satisfactory encounter in another Abbys we thought we would try this one. Happy to say it was great! The pizza was outstanding as always and the staff and manager were very pleasant despite being swamped with phone orders as well as walk-ins.
Came from california to pick up my brother and we stopped here to eat. Great customer service. The pizza was good.
For Christmas 2020 our family decided we were not going to cook diner but instead we wanted to have Fried Chicken and decided to order from Abby's in Rogue River. We ordered the chicken on December 24th to take home and eat on the 25th. We ordered 16 pieces and 2 lbs of potatoes for I believe $26. Price was good. The chicken was all very small pieces and over cooked. The chicken was so over cooked that the skin was dark in color not like the KFC commercial where you can see the light colored breading. We wish we had ordered from KFC!
