Was told there's nothing they can do even though their system was the one that messed up my deposit.

The tellers are nice but I always have to wait for someone to help me. They put the cookies behind the counter and most tellers make you ask for one rather than offering. Maybe too many people took advantage of the free cookie on Friday but if they are going to put them behind the counter the least they could do is ask you if you want one instead of making the customer ask! The interest rates are very low. My son has an account and makes only 1 cent interest a month. The cookies are worth more than the interest given. Also, the online banking has glitches. I have 2 accounts and when I logged in I was told I have no accounts to display. This has happened to me twice.

Love the small town service! I’ve never had to wait in a line long and the tellers are very friendly.
