I love my bank. They are always helpful and caring. I wish they had 24 hour banking. I am happy with the service.

I have been a member for over a decade, they have decent rates on auto loans and C.C. But I recently had my credit card limit raised and my interest rate when up even though my credit was better than the initial set up, hmmm... I was told they have new rates now? But seems like the original terms should be honored since this wasn't a new card. Slow at times, but the app is good and i'm content staying here for now.

This bank has so many unqualified workers.nI've been trying to open a DNA acct for 2 weeks. What sort of bank puts people off when they want to open a business acct.nThen this completely incompetent girl sets me up for a 1030 am I show up at 1030 and then they come up with an excuse saying the manager is on vacation. Crazy.

Terrible bank! They hold funds longer than necessary, won't notarize paperwork unless EVERY signer is a member, and there policy on fraudulent charges is to make customer fight for their money back,even though they are legally obligated to file the claim and reimburse your funds. I have never had so many issues with one bank! I would highly recommend banking anywhere else.
