Gave birth in this facility the nurse staff was great. That's why they even received a star. The doctor at this facility that delivered my child was awful. They Didn't have correct instruments to stitch me up after delivery. Had to send a nurse running around the hospital looking for the correct needles. Wasn't stitched correctly and when I went back in with a hole in my lady bits. The doctor made fun of it saying I had a new piercing hole. Then asked what did I expect I gave birth and I shouldn't have expected my body to go back to the way it was. After he asked what he should do about it. When i started to tear up he was shocked that i was upset and left the room. I will never use this hospital again.

Dr. Meyer and Dr. Engan were all-stars. Diagnosed and corrected an unusual and dangerous situation perfectly. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Post Surgery nurses were incredible as well.

Staff in the ortho department were terrible. While being taken back to my exam room I overheard loud gossip of another doctor being called vulgar names. The nurse was very stiff and awkward, didn’t ask many questions upon intake. The doctor was extremely rude, seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t actually listen to what I had going on. I answered questions to the best of my ability and when I said I was not sure about a question I was told he had “88 year old patients that could remember better” and to stop “getting an attitude with him” while explaining my history and what’s going on. No diagnostic work was done, a physical exam was barely completed. I left with a script to get PT done “if I wanted to”. I went to a chiropractor after my appointment who answered more questions and gave better diagnostics. Needless to say, not impressed.

I would give absolutely 0 stars if I could. The staff are rude and act like they don’t care about there job even though they’re in healthcare. Their rooms are not cleaned well; dirty sheets and pillowcases. And staying in the er for over 7 hours without knowing as to when you’ll be leaving. It seems very unprofessional to me. Although I would recommend the great falls clinic emergency room though!
