The guides really know their stuff and how to put you in a good position to get a bear. They're willing to take the time to answer questions and talk to you about what they do and what you should do and to help you learn what you need to know if you're willing to ask and share with them. Could do a little better job of giving advance information without the client having to ask everything, but otherwise it was awesome!

Had a great time bear hunting in the wilderness with these guys.nnCarter and Nik know how to put you on the bears. Both of them have great knowledge of the area and work extremely hard.nnRosa is an amazing cook. Her pork chops are the are the best I have ever had. (I’d knife fight a 7’ bear for them)nnThis would be a 5 star review, if I was not trying to hunt the tree stands provided. The stands are absolutely horrendous. Bring your own or don’t hunt tree stands.nnI have been around this world, only thing separating these guys from being a world class operation is the equipment.

Awesome experience, great organization. Boulder creek went above and beyond reasonable expectations on three separate occasions to ensure our hunt was successful without ever being asked. Bob and Ryan our guides were tremendous. Very professional, knowledgeable, ridiculously hard working and most importantly honest people with whom we had an absolutely great time. Megan our cook was fantastic too. If your looking for a 5 star resort and someone to fluff your pillow at night book elsewhere if your looking for top tier Idaho outfitter BCO is it. Don't get hung up on the kill or success rates either just enjoy the experience as well as the memories that's what hunting is about. As a side note if you get the chance spend some time with Tim (the owner) Hes a wealth of knowledge, down to earth and passionate about his business. From one owner to another I respect him a great deal.

Awesome spring bear hunt! Excellent staff! Had the time of my life and will do it again only the wilderness hunt next time. Thanks to Nick for being an outstanding guide!
