Web site says they open @ 7:30 week days but don't open till 8:00AM, be aware!

Update your business hours. We just drove over an hour to get there to find out hours are not accurate

Had a confusing situation about a shipment from Norlift in Spokane to the Kamiah Napa store. Have purchased items dozens of times there over the years and has been a great store for a small town. But Sara, that handled the confusing mix-up with this shipping issue was extremely rude. Not only with the message she left, but also when I contacted her to clarify things. I started, owned and was the CEO of the largest customer computer manufacturing company in Oregon in the 1990's. If any of my employees had treated a customer this way in my company, they would have been terminated immediately. Words of advice Sara. It's a lot easier to keep the good customers you already have, than spend money trying to find new ones. Also, word of mouth spreads quickly in a small town. Kindness keeps customers. Being rude sends them to your competitors. It doesn't matter how your day is going.
