Thank you Tess for fitting me in last week and doing such a customized treatment to help my skin with all this mask, heat, and breakouts. Also, thank for Heather for working with me to give me the best lip plumping results. You ladies are the epitome of customer service.

I found the ER staff to be very professional and accommodating. They practiced good Covid-19 security measures. The nurses and Dr. took the time to answer my questions and treated me quickly and efficiently. I would trust my care to Benewah again.

I had a true emergency that brought me to BCH and I couldn’t have had a better experience.nI couldn’t make it to CDA to deliver my baby because my labors are so quick, my Cda OB said it wouldn’t be advisable to try. So, I called after my first few contractions and when we arrived the needed staff and equipment was already there and set up. I felt so confident in them and exceptionally well taken care of.nWhat a wonderful group of Doctors, CRNA, RNs CNA and ER tech!nI feel our community is so fortunate to have this facility!

I'm a type 1 diabetic on dialysis. Was in the ER for fluid overload. They tested my blood sugar, and it was in the 500 range. For over an hour they refused to administer insulin, saying they didn't want it to go too low. I personally believe they were attempting to induce diabetic keto acidosis so I could be admitted rather than transferred. This facility is downright dangerous, and I would advise you take the time to drive yourself out of town to seek medical care.
