People line up outside for Jeff’s prime rib on Friday nights. This place is bursting with character and loyalty. It would be great if they had more seasonal staff (I’m currently considering moving up river for the summer) to help keep things flowing as they get bigger crowds, but the way they manage now is with some seriously hard working and interesting members of the Calder Store staff. The French fries are top notch, there are fun Calder cocktails and classics that leave you always wanting another, and some of the best conversation you can experience in this gorgeous region. Only come in if you know a special place when you see one, or if you want great food - just be nice and appreciative!
