St. Mary's Cottonwood Medical Clinic

I broke my ankle and foot while traveling through the area. St. Marys was the closest hospital. These guys were freaking AWESOME! The staff was great and did a fantastic job putting things back into place and stabilizing things until I could get back to my local provider in the Boise area. I couldn't have been happier with the attention and service provided!

I'm sorry that I have to give even a one star rating....nI have been having an ongoing nerve problem. My primary dr prescribed an anti inflammatory Rx. It wasn't working so I called for a follow up apt. My primary dr is on vacation so I was offered an appointment with the NEW dr Jones which I accepted. He prescribed me a new medication which was said to be stronger than the previous one. After 4 days of one pill a day I started getting side effects. After the 5th pill I stopped taking the medication and had to wait until Monday morning to call the clinic. I explained to his nurse what was going on and she said she would inform [the new] dr Jones. I waited for a response until 3 pm and I called the clinic. His nurse informed me that she had told him and he wanted me to follow up with my primary dr. I pointed out that he was not returning for over a week from his vacation. I was then transferred to the scheduling desk... How do I deal with all this excruciating pain to numerous places of my body? I can't eat because y stomach is burning so bad... Dr Jones prescribed the medication to me he should have seen me especially in light of that my dr is on vacation for another 8 days. I will never see dr Jones again... I'd rather drive to the Lewiston or Grangeville ER first. To me this is poor judgement on his part to leave me sobbing in pain...

Good nurses and doctors. All the things you need and nothing that you don't.
