Extremely lucky to have such a great medical facility in such a small community.nThe breadth of medical options is huge and the staff are great people. Sometimes waits are long because there can be a lot of emergency patients between the ski hill, elderly, and of course COVID issues have taken up a lot of band width: Keeping the hospital as fully staffed as possible on a small budget is very difficult. I’ve had two family members depend heavily on the hospital services and we are very grateful for their help; flexibility, and genuine caring. Definitely recommend TVHC and the related clinics.

There is a gentleman on the COVID line, Mason, that is wonderful and full of information and compassionate to the plight of folks trying to get vaccinated. This man does an excellent job. I was fortunate to have him help us.

The worst hospital ever! For over 20 years!! Ive tried and tried to give them a chance. The doctor misdiagnosed me multiple times. You call and leave messages and no one calls back, and when you do actually talk to someone they arent helpful or professional!!!! So disappointed

I was very impressed with the care I received here. The covid screening was good and I felt comfortable with their level of precaution.nnThe nurses and doctor who saw me were kind and helpful. I had severe abdominal pain and they were able to quickly determine that I needed my appendix removed through blood tests and a CTC scan. They got me all prepped and asked me where I would like my surgery done since they don't do surgery. They contacted St. Johns and set everything up so I just had to show up and was ready to go for surgery. They even sent me with my IV wrapped so I didn't have to get another stick.nnI've been to this hospital for a staph infection in the past and was equally impressed with their quick response and care. For a small community, this is a great medical center and an asset.

Horrible experience. Didn’t listen to our needs at all and was mocked by doctors several times. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here for any reason! Stay away!
