Great prices and good turnaround time. A nice, small town mechanic shop that has the integrity and customer service that is hard to find in big cities. They have helped me with both our Honda Pilot's coolant leak and our Toyota Camry's brakes now. And both were very positive experiences.

While vacationing 20 miles outside Council we experienced serious tire and wheel issues on our diesel pickup. We limped into Council and stopped at the auto parts store to find parts. I was introduced to Bill, owner of Council Auto. Bill gave me.a reference to a local tire store and assured me he would help us if they couldn’t. The tire store was closed. Bill and Dana searched for the parts needed. Parts were found and delivered the next day. Even shorthanded, they jumped on it quickly and sent me on my way after settling a very reasonable bill. Incredibly, Bill responded again 2 days later on July 3rd, when his shop was closed to provide a holiday for his employees. Our camping friends jackknifed their small utility trailer on our way home and severely damaged the spindle and associated parts. Again, Bill jumped on The difficult task with a smile and “can do” attitude. Our party and dogs were kindly accomodated in his waiting room to stay cool. Again, Council Auto saw the need and provided professional and timely service at a very reasonable cost. I could not offer a stronger recommendation for Bill, Dana and Council Auto!
