I bought my daughter some fish and a full tank set yesterday day. It was busy so it took a second to get some help but still not too long. Kylie was the gal who helped, easy to remember since she has the same name as me. She helped me price match the tank which was $30 bucks cheaper online!nI got home and started setting up and the tank bottom cracked and broke. I called and Kylie answered the phone. Told me to bring it in for a full exchange. I went in this morning and both workers were super understanding and helpful at finding me a new tank and did the exchange very quickly. Thank you for having fantastic customer service and for being so friendly!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My very old fur babies just had the rest of their teeth extracted and need to sift food. They showed me The Honest Kitchen and oh my gosh they love it and it's so healthy for them.

They were fully stocked, and fully staffed. I haven't seen things that good in there in a long time. It was also cleaner and more organized. I'm incredibly pleased with my purchases, and the amount of time it took to find and be helped by an associate.
