Sol Agave

We had an amazing experience dining at Sol Agave. We love eating out and trying new food. The food was delicious, and everything was cooked perfectly. Perfect for a date night. The restaurant was beautiful. I was really impressed with the customer service. We had the best and most hospitable server I have had eating out recently. Giovanni made the dining experience that much better. Highly recommend this place.

We LOVED Sol Agave!! We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait, but within 10 minutes we were inside ordering food. This is such a gorgeous location. It’s very well done and super clean. Our server was amazing and so fast at getting us unlimited chips and salsa. We ordered the chicken tacos, and the pork belly bites and both were amazing. The pork belly bites had so many layers of taste and we’re one of the top 5 things I’ve ever eaten! Such good food. We kept saying it was like going to a super nice restaurant but not having to pay extreme prices. We loved it!!

This has to be one of the very few places where the food is served with passion and emotion. I had the Lamb and the Chilean Bass and both were incredibly delicious.nnI highly recommend this place if you want to have an elevated experience with Mexican food, you won’t be disappointed. Customer service is beyond incredible and staff are extremely friendly!nnYou’ll see me again very soon amigos!

This is the kind of place that as soon as you walk in the door, you know you are going to have great food. The seafood was fresh. Truly delicious food with a depth of flavor. The margaritas were great. Everything was clean too. I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth the drive to Utah Co.

Be sure to make a reservation, because this place is popular & rightly so. Everything from the food, presentation and the service was on point. It's upscale traditional, done really really well. The Chili Verde & Chili Colorado were super tasty. Our party had all 3 desserts and they were incredible. The price reflects the quality of the food & experience and it's very well worth it. We'll be dining with Sol Agave again for sure.
