I have an old Lexmark Printer, had it rapidly repaired at Preston.Staff was extremely polite and helpful. 2 weeks later, I had damage to the Printer and wasn't sure it was repairable. Again I got the extremely efficient care, by Roy the serviceman, and walked out with a functioning printer that I need daily in my small business. When this old dinosaur dies, I will be buying my new printer there. I thought consideration and good service had died, but not at Preston Office Solutions. Extremely grateful. SBGrisham

They have an awesome staff that will assist you in choosing the best product for your specific needs. They did a cost analysis for us, and actually determined we were doing ok with our current printer. If our number of prints changes, or our machine breaks I will definitely call Preston to get us a new machine. Very good service, and they truly had our best interest in mind.
