Simply outstanding. Erika was kind, generous, and made the past year doable for us. Our beautiful baby boy, TarBaby, had a yearlong fight with cancer until he told us he was ready to move on. The paw prints they made for us are beautifully painted by hand and the urn we selected is just beautiful. She was also able to assure us the ashes returned are in fact his...not part of a mass cremation.nThank you Erika and all the staff.nnP.S....We'll take Kitters home anyday!!!
