I am one that try’s not to take any pain killer, on occasion I will. Since I have been introduced to the cbd world my life has changed. The shoulder and back pain I have now goes to the back of the bus and, I can function at work without having to worry about how to pick up material to get over my head or, bend over to do work down low. This has led to the restrengthing my shoulders, I can do the push ups and arm raises without bailing because of the pain. For a few months I could only sleep tell 3:00am after taking the cbd with melatonin I can sleep all the way to my alarm, as well as had dreams about how good my shoulders feel because they fall asleep so bad I wake up in pain and the cbd has minimized that. The cbd has also improved my golf, calmed the first hole gitters, and helps me get into focus on the putting green. This has changed my life I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve tried a bunch of different types of CBD and mostly don’t feel any different, less anxious, etc...with the Merken 22 this was the first CBD that actually worked for me.
