1862 David Walleys Restaurant & Saloon

Let me first say the burger and fries were great; cooked as ordered, many veggies, soft bun and salted fries! The service was horrible!! Arrived 1140 hoping for burgers. Menu says breakfast til noon. Asked if they could start on them and we return around noon. Was told no. Understandable, i suppose.nLady said shed take our order now and promised multiple times to put it in for noon and that we should come back around 1220 to pick them up. Friend goes back at said time, paid AND TIPPED to then be told that the burgers were never started. She didn't leave with the food until 1. Very dissappointing ud83dude1e

Great food awesome scenery! Perfect getaway. It will be nice when civic clears up so they can open the hotsprings back up

The hotel is great and people are very nice. The restaurant on the other hand was disappointing. They didn’t have anything we wanted on the menu. We were told we must be looking at an “old menu” but it’s what was listed on the website. We asked about kids menu and they said they don’t have one ... also disappointing. Later we found out that they actually had pizza but it’s not listed on the menu and was not disclosed when we asked if they had any type of kids food.nnOverall we would come back but likely would bring our own food.

I would consider our lunch average or slightly above average. I don't have anything bad to say about it, but at the same time I can't honestly rave about it either. Yes, I would go there again, but I won't be yelling how great they are from the mountaintop.

Waited an hour and 5 minutes for 2 plates with no refills on the drinks during this time.... just bad service ud83dude12
